I was browsing around on istockphoto.com today, looking for something else entirely and as usual got sidetracked. Found a couple of really good photo’s which I thought I’d post up, below:

This is a picture of a Marseille alleyway at night, not exactly a glamorous sparkling city-scene but I was just struck by its quality. Click the pic to view a larger version, but don’t steal - head over to istockphoto and register/pay and download it there like I did!

The Marseille alleyway is part of quite an array of similar ones by the same photographer - view the rest of the collection if you liked that one.

Second example is a more usual bright-lights-big-view pic of New York from above, which I liked both for its quality and lighting, but just for the sheer amount and scale of detail. Again, click for the larger version and then go download from istockphoto.
