I’m a 33 34 35 year old guy living in the UK. During the day I buy and sell things and manage a business (not web or tech related). In the evenings I feed my interest for all things geeky.

I have had a fascination for web design and internet technology for around the last 8-9 years, ever since building a pc from bits to get online with. I did half a degree in computer science, and then gave up as it wasn’t teaching me what I wanted to learn about - the internet. So I went full tilt and taught myself enough to get a few small businesses and various sites online with some success. (I’m still trying with that one, but hey, I’ll get there). I enjoy reading and learning about all aspects of web design and technology, but specifically CSS based design and the world of search engine optimisation - there is a lot to learn from all areas, and I am open minded enough to read various white, grey and blackhat SEO related blogs and see differing points of view, practices and technologies. I also have interests in the world of domaining and affiliate marketing.

Fairly recently I found a love for Wordpress, I really enjoy it in terms of it being so versatile - I’ve also got to know it quite well over the last few months, both inside and out!

Other than being an aspiring web-geek and bit of a serial site creator, I like watching all sorts of movies, reading, listening to music, football (Arsenal), Formula 1, Moto GP, cricket, shopping, technology, design, visiting the odd art gallery or museum, avoiding the gym, the buzz of a city and the fresh air of the countryside. Think Hugh Grant type movie character, and that would about cover it.
